How to book
A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to exclusively secure your chosen date. This means that no other bookings are taken on your wedding day, giving you complete flexibility regarding timings, travel and final numbers for makeup.
I don’t know my full arrangements yet.
Upon payment of the booking fee and completion of the booking form, the selected date becomes exclusively yours. All your finer details can be confirmed closer to the date. All we require is your booking remains at the minimum numbers or the minimum fee is covered.
What are the minimum numbers for a bridal makeup booking?
A minimum number of Bride + 3 is required. For Bank Holiday & Sunday dates, a minimum of Bride + 4 is required. If your bridal party is large, myself and Jae may attend and you’ll be advised on this during the booking process.
Do you come to me on the wedding morning?
Absolutely! In addition to my full professional makeup kit, I provide industry leading makeup lighting equipment to ensure optimal lighting conditions for makeup application, regardless of the location or weather. I also offer a comfortable makeup chair for both convenience and proper positioning during makeup application.
How far will you travel?
We cover the North of England but can travel throughout the country and overseas. Travel charges will apply outside of a 20 mile radius of our studio and are charged at 45p per mile. Overseas travel costs are quoted individually based on journey.
Do I need a Bridal makeup trial?
A bridal trial is essential for all brides and is an important part of the preparation process. Your trial typically lasts 2 hours and is conducted at my private studio located in Blackburn. During your trial, the studio is exclusively yours to allow you to relax and feel calm. Your trial allows us to refine your bridal look and potentially offer skincare and beauty treatment recommendations to ensure everything is flawless for your wedding day. You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member along for support and feedback.
Does my Bridal party require a trial?
If any member of your bridal party has allergies or sensitivities, a trial can address and alleviate any concerns well before the wedding day. Moreover, if someone is uncertain about professional makeup or has had a less than ideal experience in the past, a trial can help ease their concerns. Brides are welcome to invite others to their trial, as witnessing the thoroughness of our work often boosts confidence.
What type of products do you use?
Our makeup kits are versatile and can cater to a wide range of makeup styles, from subtle to bold, matte to shimmer and natural to full glam. We exclusively utilise top-tier products from renowned brands like Illamasqua, Mac, Hourglass, Laura Mercier, Tarte, Bobbi Brown, Charlotte Tilbury, Benefit, Make Up Forever, Bare Minerals, Ardell, Skindinavia and more. We are committed to selecting cruelty-free options and can also provide vegan and other alternatives upon request.
I don’t know what Bridal look to go for
It’s completely normal to feel uncertain about your bridal look, as there are so many options to choose from. To help you decide, at your trial, we’ll firstly have a chat about your wedding plans over a coffee. This helps us to really get to know your style and build a closer connection. It’s all about finding the perfect makeup that suits you and compliments your big day. Your input is essential and we expect lots of pictures for inspiration from bridal magazines, websites and social media. These act as a foundation to guide you on your own bridal look.
During your trial you can explore different looks if needed, and with our guidance and suggestions, we will achieve the perfect one that suits you and your wedding.
